Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Tender scan, Bid preparation, bid submission, Proposal preparation and submission, manage Proposal management system (PRMS), After sales support i.e. Sales order creation, JCMs, Job Code creation, managing BG, EMD, PBG.

Support Business Development & Pre-Sales & Post Sale, Sales support Executive

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities by browsing through News Papers/websites. Review RFP/Tender Document, Identify Eligibility Criteria and prepare Evaluation Matrix for the same.

? Preparation of Technical Proposal/EOI/Empanelment in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) by the executing agency of the project.

? Preparation and formatting of CVs in light of the requirement of the project.

? Obtaining relevant information from the concerned departments as per requirement of the RFP/Tender.

? Coordinate with Account Department for EMD/BG and other document reconciliation.

? Coordinate with Planning Department for A&M, Work Plan and Work Schedule reconciliation.

? Obtaining information and data from Consortium Partner for BID/EOI preparation.

? Preparation of Technical Proposal and Expression of Interest (EOI) for planning, infrastructure projects including obtaining material from associates and submitting BID/ EOI’s submissions by means of E-tendering / Online/ Offline Bid Submission.

  • ? Compilation, page numbering & formation of Bids/EoIs/PQs etc. for final submission.

Experience in Business Development Support

Experience in managing Tenders, Bids, RFI/RFQ/RFIs, BG/.EMDs, EOI, PQs., Proposals

  • Support BU in meeting Compliance goals, to study & understand clients/stakeholders processes in order to meet compliance target.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 14 years & above prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
