Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must come from a PR agency or advertising agency background and will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and bringing in new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, and client servicing) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Represent the organization at networking events, pitches, and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation within a PR or advertising agency.
• 6-8 years of relevant industry experience (mandatory).
• Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
