Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, located in Pune. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes developing and implementing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The candidate will also be expected to conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competition and ensure the company&aposs continued growth.

• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Market Research and Industry Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
