Key

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and account plans to drive significant revenue growth.
  
• Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $3M–$4M through new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  
• Create and execute customer mapping and outreach plans to penetrate new GCC markets.
  
• Identify, establish, and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at GCC entities.
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Wissen’s IT service offerings.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and proposals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and business goals.
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5–6 years in direct IT services sales or business development.
  
• Proven success in selling complex technology solutions related to Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage and achieve significant sales targets ($3M+ annual quota).
  
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem and its operational dynamics.
  
• Experience working with IT service organizations such as TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, etc.
