Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Ecesis Group of Companies, you will drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales cycle. You will provide consultative sales solutions to prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs. Conducting outbound calls, emails, and presentations to generate new sales opportunities will be a part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the marketing and channel teams to execute targeted sales strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns, partnerships, and lead-generation initiatives, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and assisting in client onboarding are key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience in B2B software sales, hold an MBA or equivalent degree with 3+ years of relevant sales experience, possess strong ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions, and demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with tight deadlines are essential. Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus, and prior experience in handling software product management or cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
