We are looking for a Paid Ads Expert to join our vibrant team and explore an independent and innovative work culture. Our ideal advertising manager is the one who oversees operations and directs the team in developing unique campaigns and producing valuable results.

What you will do


  • Digital Campaign Planning.  Working with the team, your goal is to take the objectives of our clients and translate that into campaign plan proposals.
  • Work with client strategists and other stakeholders to develop and design paid media concepts and strategies through creative thinking and proposing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Understand the strengths, weaknesses and nuances of all digital media types (display, programmatic, video, social, mobile) and demonstrate understanding of media concepts, formulas and execution techniques.
  • Identify opportunities based upon knowledge of client, media inventories, audiences, and marketplace and then deliver high-quality digital media proposals.
  • Regularly evaluate research to identify and accurately recommend media that is most effective at reaching target audiences; continually stay on top of new capabilities and opportunities.



What you should have


  • Possess a strong understanding of ad-serving capabilities, rich media, mobile implementation, creative processes, dynamic ads, tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution, and the digital media planning and buying process
  • 1+ years

    of experience using paid ads platforms including

    search engine, display, programmatic, and major social media platforms

    . Management experience may be preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization skills.
  • Must be proficient in implementing pixels and tags for analytics, event tagging, and various analytics tools.
  • Must be proficient with javascript, iFrame, and other HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks across dozens of brands in a high-pressure environment to ensure the meeting of deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of various ad types.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with different online advertising pricing structures (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.)
  • Strong detail orientation and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously.
  • Strong computer skills, math skills, and internet savvy.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to support inquiries from leadership, sales, and account management team members.
