Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective

  paid advertising strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms

   aligned with business goals.
• Set up, manage, and optimize

  campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Retargeting, and Lead Generation

  .
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as

  CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

• Utilize

  Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Ads Manager,

   and other tools to report on ad performance and generate actionable insights.
•  Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Report performance metrics and improvement plans to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in

  IT services advertising

   is highly preferred.
• Proven 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Lead Gen Campaigns.
• Expertise in

  audience segmentation, keyword research, and bid strategy optimization

  .
• Proficient in tools like

  Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
