Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with some prior experience in sales, marketing, or client relations, or those who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities.
  • Reach out to leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Assist in creating and presenting business proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Support senior business development managers in meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, lead status, and performance using CRM tools.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and industry events.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (0–1 year) in sales, business development, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional speaking style.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn new business strategies.
