Business Development Executive

We work with B2B companies, manufacturers, importers, industrial brands, and SMEs — helping them scale using digital marketing, branding, SEO, paid ads, and website development.

Now we’re expanding our team to bring in someone passionate, driven, and ready to grow fast.

Role Overview

Business Development Executive

You will work directly with the Founder to build pipelines, present solutions, and convert leads into clients who want sustained digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and connect with potential clients on

   LinkedIn & email

2. Start conversations, understand business needs, and pitch how DHT can partner with them
3. Generate qualified leads for SEO, Paid Ads, Branding, Websites & Digital Marketing
4. Schedule meetings, share company profiles, and help prepare proposals
5. Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups & CRM tracking
6. Work closely with the Founder for strategy & conversion
7. Hit monthly targets with guidance and mentorship

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in digital sales / BDE / B2B outreach
• (Freshers with strong communication may also apply)
• Basic understanding of digital services (SEO, ads, social, websites)
• Good communication in English & Hindi
• Self-driven mindset, consistency, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Have

• Experience selling B2B services or tech/digital solutions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or proposal writing.
• Prior exposure to marketing, branding, or digital services environment.

  ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 + Incentives
