Job Description

1. Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (enterprise, mid-market, or SMBs).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.

  • 2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT consulting solutions.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • 3. Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders.

  • 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Track competitor activities and industry trends.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
