Business Development Lead for Information Services company

Job Brief: Our Company is growing rapidly and is searching for a highly skilled and experienced candidates for the position of Senior Project Manager. This role requires a high level of expertise in project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. The Senior Project Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

Facilitate effective communication within the project team and Management.

Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues.

Resolves issues that prevent effective team work.

Ensure proactive problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages resources actively in order to optimize productivity and utilization.

Ability to meet deadlines and be responsive to changing priorities.

Oversight of project quality control.

Detailed project plan creation and monitoring.

Planning, managing and controlling the budget throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex and large-scale projects.

Leadership of high-performance project teams

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
