Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within a digital marketing agency environment, with additional exposure to working with doctors, hospitals, or healthcare clients considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Generate and work on self-sourced leads to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with businesses, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase agency capabilities.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of business development/sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in digital marketing agency sales.
• Experience in sales with doctors, hospitals, or healthcare industry clients is highly desirable.
• Strong lead generation skills and ability to close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a self-driven attitude.
