Your Role

You'll own our lead generation and business development funnel end-to-end for the US market. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on building and running outreach systems, not just taking orders.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage outbound lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
• Research and identify target accounts in healthcare, SaaS, and services sectors (US/Canada)
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline metrics
• Coordinate with marketing for content/email campaigns and retargeting
• Proactively engage with prospects via social selling, cold outreach, and follow-ups
• Provide weekly reports on lead funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or lead gen for US clients
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of outbound email and LinkedIn automation tools
• Comfortable working night shift (aligned to US EST timezone)
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and own targets
• Prior experience in
