Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to lead our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. This is a senior-level role that demands a strong commercial acumen, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [tech, healthcare, finance, Recruitment projects etc.].

Understanding of international business practices (if applicable).

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term deals.

Network of relevant industry contacts is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients.

Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align offerings with client needs.

Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
