Position Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in cosmetics, skincare, and personal care segments
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships
• Promote Dermat India’s manufacturing services to potential clients, including private label brands, distributors, and retailers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes for clients
• Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to meet client requirements
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (cosmetics preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
