As a Business Development Associate (BDA) / Admissions Counselor, you will be required to possess the following desirable skills: - Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English. - Ability to remain calm and composed while exhibiting excellent listening skills. - Strong capability in multitasking, efficient time management, and a positive "can do" attitude. - Comprehensive understanding of negotiation techniques applicable to interactions with working professionals and college-going students. - Capability to quickly grasp new concepts and a genuine passion for inside sales. - Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset. Your responsibilities and qualifications will include: - Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Economics or a relevant field. - Contacting pre-verified leads with the aim of converting them into customers, without engaging in cold calling practices. - Identifying the specific needs of customers and offering precise information about our courses. - Conducting regular follow-ups with previous leads. - Engaging with customers effectively and ensuring their satisfaction. - Proficiency in utilizing lead software. Please note: - Candidates with a background in economics will be given preference during the selection process. - Incentives of up to 14% will be provided for each successful conversion.
