Our teams have expertise in Full Stack Technologies, REST API Servers, Blockchain, DevOps, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering, and Test Automation. We are building next-gen SaaS platforms for e-commerce and health-tech domains.


Role Description

The Senior Business Development Executive would be the first point of contact with prospective clients and be responsible for researching and qualifying leads by phone and email. The role requires handling both inbound and outbound lead generation, identifying clients whose business goals are served by our technical strengths and fostering partnerships with such businesses. The role also provides valuable opportunities to learn and understand IT Products, Sales & Business Development.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Act as the subject matter expert on our wide range of services, providing prospective clients with detailed insights into our technical offerings.

·        Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, guide long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.

·        Generate, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads.

·        Display a genuine interest in the client’s needs and be passionate about client service.

·        Effectively structure, write and deliver proposals and presentations.

·        Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously.

·        Create and strategically prioritize target account lists. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

  • MBA with B.Tech in CS or IT.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant BDE experience, preferably from a professional services.
  • High-level understanding of different software development technologies and their relevant applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possess a tenacious and goal-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle rejections and keep a positive mindset.
