Job Description

  • Conduct targeted lead generation and prospecting activities across the U.S. region using email campaigns, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads based on predefined criteria and business priorities.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of 4 qualified leads per month, aligning with organizational sales targets.
  • Research and analyze potential clients using platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and industry reports.
  • Effectively communicate Veritis value propositions, services, and differentiators to prospective clients.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. Sales Team to align on accounts, outreach strategy, and prospect engagement plans and to support timely follow-ups on qualified leads, ensuring smooth transition and consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape in IT services.
  • Support vendor registration and partner onboarding processes for public and private sector opportunities (e.g., DIR, NTTA, DART, H-GAC).
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development within the IT Services/Consulting industry.
  • Good understanding of IT services such as AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, IT Infrastructure, IAM, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with U.S. prospects.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Outreach.io).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams).
  • Strong research and market intelligence skills with exposure to tools like ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet targets under tight timelines.
  • Resilient, self-driven, and adaptable to evolving AI-powered sales ecosystems.
  • Willing to work the assigned shift covering U.S. time zones and collaborate with US teams.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience working with U.S. clients in IT Consulting or Staffing.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting tools and personalized outreach strategies.
  • Exposure to multi-channel engagement - calls, emails, social, webinars, and chat interactions.

  • Consistent data hygiene.
  • Effective collaboration with US sales team for successful handoffs.
