Location: Calicut, Kerala

1–2 years in Sales / EdTech / Counselling roles

Excellent English communication

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + attractive performance incentives

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the first connection between 1% Abroad and our aspiring students. You’ll consult, counsel, and convert — helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Understand student goals and recommend the right service package
• Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentors
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly registration targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to empathize with students and build trust
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitude
• Willingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred)
