The Role: Senior Business Development Executive

You’ll be the bridge between Learnbay and the next generation of tech disruptors—consulting, guiding, and helping learners enroll in high-impact programs across:

Data Science | GenAI | DSA & System Design | DevOps & Cloud | Cybersecurity | and more.

Key Responsibilities

Lead consultative calls that guide learners to the perfect program.

Drive enrollments by matching aspirations with the right tech courses.

Stay sharp with market insights and tech upskilling trends.

Build meaningful relationships that go beyond a single conversation.

Collaborate with marketing & product teams to keep Learnbay ahead of the curve.

We’re Looking For

1+ year experience selling to working professionals in B2C EdTech

Expert in consultative selling & objection handling

Great communication & relationship-building skills

Tech-savvy with strong awareness of data science, GenAI, DSA, etc.

A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership drive
