Role Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Executive with a minimum of one year of experience in managing operational tasks and resolving escalations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, addressing escalated issues promptly, and supporting the internal teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for escalation cases from students or internal teams.Investigate and resolve operational and service-related escalations in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with academic, technical support, sales, and other internal departments to resolve issues. Monitor active cases to ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Maintain accurate records of all escalations and resolutions. Identify recurring issues and work with the team to improve processes and prevent future escalations. Assist in the smooth onboarding of students and provide operational support throughout their learning journey. Support the Operations Manager in reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer support, preferably in the edtech or service sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict resolution effectively.Good organisational and multitasking abilities.Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in escalation management.Exposure to student or customer lifecycle operations in an edtech setup.Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Zoho, or similar platforms.
