Key Responsibilities: Student Support & Engagement: Communicate politely and professionally with students, especially when addressing queries or concerns. Handle challenging or confused students with empathy and patience via phone, messages, or email. CRM Management: Maintain and update student records accurately using CRM tools. Ensure data integrity and timely updates for smooth internal coordination. Access & Technical Support: Guide students in accessing their classes and learning materials. Offer technical support and walkthroughs to help them navigate the platform with ease. Onboarding Coordination: Take ownership of the post-sales student onboarding process. Ensure all necessary access, information, and orientation is provided on time. Communication: Act as a bridge between students and various departments (sales, academic, and technical), ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Education, Business, or related fields). 0–1 year of experience in operations, customer support, or similar roles (preferably in an EdTech or education-related company). Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to handle calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
