Position: Refunds Executive (Female)
Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in EdTech, finance, operations, or customer support)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office | 5 days a week
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring smooth customer experiences? Join our growing EdTech team and help manage and process student refunds efficiently!

Key responsibilities include:
Processing and tracking student refund requestsCoordinating with the finance team for timely disbursementsMaintaining accurate records and reportsHandling related student or internal queries

Requirements:
Graduation in commerce, business administration, or related fieldStrong communication skills and attention to detailBasic Excel knowledge and familiarity with financial processes
