Drive end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners . Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs . Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and sales reports . Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs . Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or client relationship management. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business analytics.
