You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies that boost enrollment and revenue. Key Responsibilities: ? Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential B2C customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events. ? Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential learners, understanding their needs and addressing their questions effectively. ? Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our Healthcare courses to effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential customers. ? Lead Management: Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record keeping. ? Conversion Optimization: Continuously optimize the customer conversion process, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing improvements. ? Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on B2C sales activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators. Qualifications: ? Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (Master&aposs degree is a plus). ? Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech or Healthcare sector. ?
