As a Sales Executive at Guardians EdTech, your role will involve identifying and qualifying leads through various channels. You will engage with prospective clients, explain products, and convert leads into opportunities. Conducting product demos or consultations as needed and following up with leads to ensure high engagement and closure rates are also key responsibilities. It is essential to maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for better lead flow and feedback. Additionally, you will assist in market research and competitor analysis. Qualifications required for this role include strong presentation skills, effective communication abilities, experience in business development and sales, knowledge of the educational sector, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
