🔹 Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (B2C) 📍 Location: Okhla, Delhi 🧑‍💼 Experience: 1 to 4 Years 📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Offs) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive (B2C) to join our team in Okhla, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales through effective communication and persuasion. This is a performance-oriented role focused on lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to prospective leads and convert them into sales. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM tools. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns effectively. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sale support. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills . Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Self-motivated, confident, and a quick learner. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
