Job Description

As a Senior BD/CS Executive at our fast-growing technology-led experiential marketing agency, your primary role is to own the business development cycle end-to-end. You will be responsible for lead generation, pitching, proposal writing, negotiations, onboarding the client, and transitioning into a client management role for successful delivery and upselling opportunities. If you thrive on finding opportunities, building rapport quickly, and closing deals without being pushy, this is the right opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify potential clients through digital outreach, networking events, industry lists, and referrals. - Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the sales funnel. - Craft engaging custom pitches and present them to key decision-makers. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals based on client needs. - Pursue closure, handle objections professionally, and finalize commercials. - Maintain an updated sales pipeline and share progress reports. **Client Servicing:** - Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams post-closure for smooth onboarding. - Attend client meetings and ensure deliverables and timelines are met. - Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Identify upselling opportunities and close add-on deals. - Handle reporting, project documentation, and client feedback cycles. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of client-facing experience in sales or business development, preferably in marketing, tech, creative, digital, or events. - Strong outbound sales, client acquisition, or pitching experience. - Ability to understand and explain technology-driven marketing solutions simply. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and leads. In addition to the above, industry connects in auto, real estate, retail, BFSI, FMCG, or lifestyle brands, experience in interactive or tech-led campaign selling, knowledge of CRM tools and RFP processes, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are considered as bonus points.
