Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships. We’re seeking someone who is not only experienced in BPO calling and client engagement but also well-versed in tools like Canva and Google Sheets to manage tasks efficiently and good in documentation. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, smart, and ready to contribute loyally to our company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients through BPO calling , emails, and meetings to secure new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Create and present proposals using Canva to communicate ideas effectively. Utilize Google Sheets to manage data, track sales progress, and report on business development activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of services. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Attend meetings, networking events, and conferences to promote the company’s services. Requirements: Proven experience in business development , client relationship management, and BPO calling . Strong knowledge of Canva for creating presentations and proposals. Proficiency in Google Sheets for organizing data and reporting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to interact with clients at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of the business. Loyalty and eagerness to commit to a long-term career with Dynamisers Solution. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a BPO or sales environment . Proven track record of successfully closing deals and bringing in new business.
