Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across various social platforms. Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, memes, and written posts, tailored to each social media platform and target audience. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand, and leverage opportunities for engagement and content creation Engage with potential clients through WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn messaging to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand consistency and voice. Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, and fostering meaningful interactions. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking. Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Stay informed about changes and updates to social media algorithms, features, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, memes, and best practices. Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a passion for engaging with online communities. Social media marketing certification or relevant training is a plus.
