Senior Business Consultant

The Senior Business Associate is responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, mentoring junior associates, and ensuring smooth operations in sales, marketing, or financial service activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and expand company reach. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field/telecalling activities. Conduct client meetings and present company products or services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or business targets. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support. Team Leadership & TrainingGuide, mentor, and support Business Associates or sales team members. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of overall team targets. Operational ResponsibilitiesMaintain reports, documentation, and daily activity records. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Skills & RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities and team-handling capability. Good understanding of sales, marketing, or financial products (as per industry). Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Qualification & ExperienceMinimum: Graduate (preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or related fields. SalaryAs per company norms (Fixed + Incentives).
