Senior Business Consultant

As a Business Solution Designer, your role involves ensuring that the business solution designed is based on a holistic view across all processes of the assigned domain, while leveraging pre-delivered best practices. You will have the following key responsibilities: - Integrate, re-engineer, or design processes to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered best practices and standard functionalities. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements. - Identify and facilitate customers to implement organizational changes required for effective business product implementation. - Design and conduct solution workshops to gain early buy-in from relevant stakeholders and identify additional opportunities to engage with the client. - Develop and guide others for their career progression. - Continually update yourself for self-development and contribute to business cases, market collaterals, etc. Additionally, the company is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Skill in Technical Skills (ERS) - Enterprise application integration - TIBCO Business Events - Skill Level 3 in Technical Skills (ERS) - Languages - Java Please note that this position has one opening available.,
