As a Senior Business Consultant at our company located in HiLITE Business Park, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic business initiatives, managing client projects, and driving business growth through insightful analysis and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple business consulting projects from planning to successful delivery. - Analyze business performance, identify challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. - Prepare business proposals, project reports, and client presentations. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams. - Stay updated with market trends, business strategies, and emerging technologies. Qualifications & Requirements: - Educational Qualification: MBA (preferably in Business Management, Operations, or related field). - Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management, business consulting, or related domains. - Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver measurable business results. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
