Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience in the insurance domain is a must for this role, along with knowledge of Order Management systems, RPG, and AS400. Experience Required: 7 - 10 Years Job Type: Permanent Location: Noida (Hybrid / Remote) Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Develop functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding. Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements or system enhancements. Support testing efforts, including creating test cases, conducting UAT, and validating system functionality. Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services or consulting environments. Strong domain knowledge and experience in the insurance sector is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes. Experience working with Order Management systems, RPG, and AS400 is preferred. Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Experience working in agile or iterative development environments. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with data mapping and data modelling concepts. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Exposure to cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) is an added advantage. Experience in delivering solutions for global clients.
