Job Description

Role: Senior Business Analyst Location: Remote (India) Experience: 10+ Years Domain: US Healthcare Requirements: • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain specifically in Medicare Advantage enrolment and billing. • Strong understanding of CMS regulations, 834 enrollment transaction, premium billing, and reconciliation processes. • Experience working with healthcare payers, insurance providers, or third-party administrators. • Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering. • Familiarity with EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 820) and claims processing systems. • Ability to work with technical teams to define system requirements and enhancements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and business intelligence tools. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Medicare Advantage Plan Operations, Member eligibility, or Enrollment Platforms. • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis. • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
