Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Branch Manager, located in Thane, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage a team, drive performance targets, and ensure quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to grow the branch, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance. Collaborative leadership and representation of the company’s values will be essential in this position.
