Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Branch Manager, located in Thane, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage a team, drive performance targets, and ensure quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to grow the branch, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance. Collaborative leadership and representation of the company’s values will be essential in this position. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a branch team. Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strategic planning, business development, and target-driven performance capabilities. Operational management and compliance knowledge within a regulated financial services environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance branch growth and client satisfaction. Experience in financial services or related industries is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.
