Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Branch Manager, located in Kalyan. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, develop and execute strategic business plans, and drive sales performance to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires monitoring revenue growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating staff
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Sales and marketing skills, especially in the insurance sector
• Proficiency in operations management and compliance adherence
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
• Prior experience in branch management, preferably in the insurance or financial services domain
