Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Branch Manager role based on-site in Kalyan. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee branch operations and ensure the achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, and overall branch performance. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring sales and service targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. The individual will also foster client relationships, address customer concerns, and ensure efficient problem resolution to uphold service excellence.
