Senior Branch Manager

As a part of Green Oasis Group, your role will involve overseeing all Holiday tour operations excluding Holy Tours. This includes managing Domestic, International, Inbound, and Medical Tourism. Your main responsibilities will be to design, market, and sell tour packages through your team. You will be in charge of initiating and handling Fixed Departures and FIT packages. Sales and Marketing activities should be conducted within the allocated budget to ensure effectiveness. Leading your team towards achieving set goals will be a key aspect of your role. Your tasks will also involve building strong relationships with existing Destination Management Companies (DMC's) while also seeking out and negotiating with new DMC's. You will be eligible for monthly performance incentives and bonuses in addition to being a part of the Management team. Preserving the current clientele and expanding the customer base to include corporates, new clients, and B2B relationships will be crucial for success in this position.
