You will be responsible for all type of accounting activities, book keeping, office administration, purchase, document control, cash handling
Proper accounting
Airline ID creation and control
BSP management
Credit Control
User ID Management
Custodian of all documents
GST, PF, ESI, Registration book keeping
Ensure that all official documents are updated. Renewal, new registration etc are also the duty of the chief accountant.
Bank account management
Telephone billing and Management and choosing right plan for each numbers
Financial Advice
Choosing accounts software and its management
Payroll Management
Account Finalization-Important
Purchase of Office Stationery
Printing of Stationery
Revenue and Expenditure variance analysis
General Ledger
Budget
Monitor an effective internal audit system
Staff Performance Report
Maintain inventory Report
Coordinating with the external audit firm
Keeping IATA file
Payment as per the consent from MD/COO only
