As a part of Green Oasis Group, your role will involve overseeing all Holiday tour operations excluding Holy Tours. This includes managing Domestic, International, Inbound, and Medical Tourism. Your main responsibilities will be to design, market, and sell tour packages through your team. You will be in charge of initiating and handling Fixed Departures and FIT packages. Sales and Marketing activities should be conducted within the allocated budget to ensure effectiveness. Leading your team towards achieving set goals will be a key aspect of your role.
