Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient handling of retail liabilities and customer relationships.
  
• Oversee daily activities, including sales, service delivery, and risk management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective product knowledge and relationship building.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster a high-performing team by setting goals, providing coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (Bm/Branch Handling/Branch Management).
  
• Strong understanding of retail liabilities products and services.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (KPIs) .
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets in previous roles.
