Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Branch Manager based in Kakori. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage and drive the sales team to achieve business targets, ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing branch performance, building customer relationships, supervising staff, and promoting banking products and services to meet community banking needs effectively.

• Expertise in branch operations, customer service, and team leadership
• Strong analytical, financial planning, and management skills
• Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance practices
• Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Proven ability to set and achieve business targets while creating a team-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Prior experience as a branch manager or in a similar leadership role is recommended
