Branch Manager – for DURGA TVS - Two Wheeler Showroom (Siddipet) Role overview Responsible for overall sales and operations of the two-wheeler showroom at Siddipet, with prime focus on achieving retail sales targets, building a strong local customer base, and leading the sales team. Key responsibilities Sales & business Achieve monthly and annual targets for vehicle sales, accessories, insurance, and finance. Plan and execute local marketing activities: village camps, corporate/college tie-ups, and follow-up drives to increase enquiries and retail conversions. Team management Lead a team of sales executives and tele-callers: daily briefing, target allocation, on-the-job coaching, and performance tracking. Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, test-ride protocols, enquiry management, and documentation by the team. Customer experience Ensure high showroom standards, professional customer handling, and timely delivery experience. Handle escalated customer issues personally and work with service / accounts / RTO teams to resolve them quickly. Operations & coordination Monitor stock and model mix, coordinate with HO for vehicle indenting, display, and ageing control. Review daily MIS: enquiries, retail, cancellations, finance/insurance penetration, and report to management. Candidate profile Education: Minimum graduate; MBA / automobile-related qualification preferred but not mandatory.wecreateproblems+1​ Experience: 3–6 years in two-wheeler dealership sales (Senior Sales Executive / Sales Supervisor / Showroom In‑charge), with at least 1–2 years handling a small team. Skills: Strong closing skills, team handling, basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp reporting), Telugu communication, and good local market understanding.
