Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Billing Executive with a strong background in civil and interior project billing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling BOQ-based billing, verifying site measurements, preparing client and subcontractor bills, and ensuring all billing-related documentation is accurate and up to date. Prior experience in interior fit-out and civil execution billing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process 

  client and subcontractor bills

   based on BOQ, site progress, and work completion.
• Verify 

  site measurements

  , work orders, and material consumption reports for accurate billing.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams for billing inputs.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of 

  running and final bills

  .
• Maintain 

  billing documentation

   including measurement sheets, work certifications, and client approvals.
• Reconcile billing quantities with actual work done and ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Apply applicable 

  GST, TDS

  , and statutory deductions as per government norms.
• Prepare and update project-wise billing reports and outstanding statements.
• Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews related to project billing.
• Handle communication with clients and vendors for any billing-related queries or clarifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in 

  civil and interior project billing

  .
• Sound knowledge of 

  BOQ, rate analysis, estimation, and work order preparation

  .
• Hands-on experience in 

  site measurement verification

   and progressive billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (for reading drawings), and accounting software (e.g. Tally, ERP, or Zoho Books).
• Understanding of applicable taxes and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.

Preferred:

• Experience in 

  commercial fit-out or residential interior projects

• Familiarity with project billing cycles, variation orders, and change request billing.
