Senior Bid Manager

Panorama Group is looking for a Senior Bid Manager / Bid Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for government and private sector projects. The role requires strong coordination, compliance expertise, and a structured approach to tendering and proposal management.

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete bid lifecycle including tender identification, analysis, documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-up
• Review tender documents (RFP/RFQ/EOI) and assess eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to gather bid inputs
• Prepare and validate technical & commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Handle bid portals, EMD/BG coordination, and statutory documentation
• Maintain bid trackers, documentation repositories, and MIS reports
• Ensure adherence to timelines, bid quality standards, and organizational compliance norms
• Support management in bid strategy and competitive analysis

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in Bid Management / Tendering / Proposal Management
• Strong understanding of government & institutional tendering processes
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and online tender portals

Experience:

• Bid Manager: 5–8 years
• Senior Bid Manager: 8+ years
• (Relevant industry experience preferred)
