Design Coordinator (Graphic Design)

Looking for a Design Coordinator to work closely with our creative team and support day-to-day design operations, vendor follow-ups, handling basic social media tasks, and occasional hands-on design (graphic design) work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between designers, internal teams, and other departments to understand and communicate design requirements
• Manage communication with external vendors for quotations, order placement, and delivery timelines
• Issue printing orders and ensure quality checks are done before and after delivery
• Follow up on pre- and post-delivery activities, including sample checking and taking approvals and feedback tracking
• Maintain and update design request trackers
• Organize and manage creative assets, files, and artwork versions
• Support the design team in minor editing, resizing, or formatting tasks using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards and delivered within deadlines

Requirements:

• Freshers with a design background are encouraged to apply!
