Position: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: 4+ Years Salary: Competitive salary package based on your current salary, skills and experience. Location: Hitech-city, Hyderabad(Work from Onsite) CAB: only 1 way drop for Females upto 10km from Office surroundings. Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD) direct clients, vendors, and preferred suppliers. Develop strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients . Ensure quick turnaround times for placing candidates by effectively negotiating rates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with recruiting partners and vendors . Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements. Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to get suitable job requirements for bench consultants. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, etc.) , social media, and networking to find suitable projects for bench candidates. Maintain an updated database of vendors, clients, and job requirements . Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and pay rates with vendors and clients. Handle onboarding processes , including completing required documentation and ensuring compliance. Maintain daily and weekly reports of submissions, interviews, and placements . Ensure smooth communication with consultants to keep them updated on job requirements and interview status. Mentor and guide junior recruiters on bench sales strategies.
