Senior BDM

Perpex Insights is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join the team based in Calicut. If you have a strong passion for sales, B2B strategies, and fostering collaboration between industry and academia, this role presents an exciting opportunity for you. As a Senior BDM at Perpex Insights, your core responsibilities will include driving B2B sales strategies and acquiring clients for our training, consultancy, and market intelligence services. You will work closely with business schools and educational institutions to conduct value-driven workshops, seminars, and sales bootcamps. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing sales training, mentorship, and subject-matter guidance to students and junior team members. Building strategic partnerships with industries and institutions to ensure long-term growth will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to deliver compelling sales presentations, prepare proposals, and engage in negotiations with clients. Staying informed about market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and exploring innovations in sales techniques will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or education-related industries. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in training or academic engagement would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement. The work schedule consists of day shifts and fixed morning shifts.
